About the role
QCIC is seeking an experienced Account Programme Manager (APM) to fulfil a lead role within our ‘BUILD’ team. The role will include direct line management of our team of highly technical embedded engineers and technical project managers providing top-level support to internal and external parties. The APM will report directly to the leadership team and will be tasked with leading the project and managing stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will coordinate and direct all facets of the programme management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together. The APM may also delegate subtasks to other team members as agreed.
What you will do
* Support the business at various levels across multiple departments
* Support the wider team with technical escalation
* Manage a resourcing schedule for multiple engineers
* Generate proposals with technical and commercial considerations
* Team management responsibilities
* Provide regular updates to the client stakeholders raising any risks or issues whilst providing solutions
* Support the set-up, delivery and close out activities of programmes in accordance with the requirements of the role
* Liaise with clients on a technical level and plan for future deployments
* Actively participate in improving quality and internal processes
* Quality check engineers work
* Provide project management for various projects ranging from small upgrades to complex programmes of work
* Liaise with client IT/network leads for software deployments
* Compile comprehensive and well-structured technical documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for the client.
* Liaise with client representatives for software deployments where necessary
* Lead on competitive RFPs in line with clients' requirements if required
* Provide oversight and uphold governance standards for multiple projects for the client
* Take ownership of all internal communications at the executive level, ensuring that messaging is consistent and timely
What we are looking for
Qualifications:
* Certification and experience in enterprise level preferred
* Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
* Project related qualifications such as Prince2 or Agile
* Proven experience in related field
