What youll do
* Provide expert compliance and risk advice on product development, digital transformation, and regulatory change.
* Act as a key compliance voice in governance forums, ensuring regulatory obligations are built in from day one.
* Review and challenge business cases, project plans, and risk assessments to keep regulatory risk within appetite.
* Interpret FCA, PRA, and other regulations for new initiatives.
* Draft and review compliance input for regulatory submissions, impact assessments, and board papers.

* Strong understanding of UK financial services regulation and conduct risk.
* Ability to balance regulatory expectations with commercial realities .
* Confident communicator who can influence and challenge at all levels.
