Ekot Group is a growing multi-brand holding company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with businesses spanning premium e-commerce, residential services real estate and media We are looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments and can manage 10+ accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
What You Will Do:
•Develop and execute content strategies for four brands and a personal executive brand
•Create, schedule, and publish content using Metricool and other management tools
•Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships across all platforms
•Analyze performance metrics and deliver weekly reports aligned with our operational tracking systems
•Coordinate with our video production and design team members for visual content
•Run paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
•Repurpose podcast content into short-form video and social posts
•Identify trends and growth opportunities across all brands
What We Are Looking For:
•3+ years managing multiple social media accounts across different brands or industries
•Proficiency with social media management platforms (Metricool preferred; Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social also accepted)
•Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch brand voices quickly
•Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
•Data-driven approach; you track metrics and make decisions based on performance
•Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
•Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
•Experience in e-commerce, real estate, or service industry marketing is a significant plus
Bonus Points:
•Experience with and automation workflows
•Experience with podcast content repurposing
•Familiarity with health/wellness/supplement industry social media
•Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
•Experience managing a Skool or Discord community
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
