We have an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of magic service, within the role of Maintenance Managerat The Queens Hotel and Spa
As a Maintenance Manager you will need to be organised, confident with a can-do attitude and have experience in property maintenance with a good attention to detail being able to work proactively across the group of properties.
As aMaintenance Manageryou will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties and expectations within the role are:
Possess strong plumbing, basic electrics, portable appliance testing, decorating, and general property maintenance skills able to train others in these disciplines.
Good understanding of compliance in hospitality and hotels, including risk assessments. Project management and supervising and coordinating work carried out by contractors.
Liaise with Management Company on adopting best practice for day to day management.
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and in compliance with Hotel standards. Follow up on any deficiencies
To carry out timely repairs to all parts of the hotel/co-ordinate the repairs through a third party if deemed required.
Respond to Housekeeping maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Ensure reports, returns and any other documentation required is completed accurately and timeously.
Be on call as and when required, and within scope of best practice to ensure the hotel maintains the services that guests and the business require.
