This is a newly created position, offering an exciting opportunity to join our Trust at a pivotal point in its journey. Working in close partnership with the CEO, you’ll play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the Trust, raising standards across all schools, developing our next generation of leaders, improving outcomes for students, and deepening our connection with the local community. The role will encompass elements of operational leadership responsibilities as well as line management of schools and Headteachers.
We are looking for a proven and inspirational senior leader – someone who can demonstrate significant impact ideally as an Executive Headteacher, or an experienced Headteacher who has supported across schools. As a leader, you must thrive on building strong relationships, have a talent for leading teams, and be excited by the variety and personal development potential of this fantastic opportunity. You’ll bring energy, drive, emotional intelligence, strategic insight and resilience in spades- all underscored by a deep commitment to serving the children and families of East Leeds by raising standards in our schools.
