What you will do
* Manage a caseload of approximately 20–24 children, completing robust assessments and interventions for Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
* Collaborate as part of a dynamic, supportive team structure, attending the office up to three times a week and full-time during duty weeks.
* Conduct crisis interventions and Section 47 enquiries when working remotely, ensuring you’re available to respond effectively.
* Engage in fortnightly supervision sessions to reflect on practice, gain feedback, and identify areas for professional growth.
* Travel throughout Torbay and beyond to conduct visits and fulfill your duties as a committed child protection professional.
