As Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales and strategic growth, building relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
You will also design and deliver tailored warehouse setup and optimization solutions, oversee the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and enjoys shaping commercial strategy while driving results.
The position is located near the Birmingham Airport.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
• Lead business growth across Benelux and selected European markets
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles and negotiate high-value solutions
• Build long-term client and broker relationships
• Develop innovative warehouse and intralogistics solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies for continued growth
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Strong background in B2B sales at manager level, ideally within intralogistics, supply chain, or warehouse infrastructure
• Proven track record in consultative selling and business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
• Skilled at building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English
