Role Overview
The housing team is central to our organisation. You’ll lead your team in providing exceptional, customer-focused, neighbourhood management services. Working closely with the Head of Neighbourhoods, you’ll foster a human-centric culture where tenants’ voices are heard and acted upon.
You’ll develop and implement plans that focus on early intervention and prevention, helping tenants avoid crises and maintain tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise customer-focused services across neighbourhood and estate management and supported living services.
2. Develop neighbourhood action plans that deliver positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
3. Collaborate with local and national partners to ensure tenants receive necessary support, advocating on their behalf.
Candidate Profile
* Inspirational leader capable of motivating teams and achieving ambitious goals.
* Experience in housing or tenancy services with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
* A dedicated advocate for tenants, committed to putting tenants first.
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to act on feedback.
