As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our luxury high-end residential projects. This includes managing the entire financial lifecycle of luxury developments, from initial cost planning to final account settlements. You'll work closely with Project and Site Managers to ensure the integrity of contracts and the successful delivery of project objectives. This role goes beyond numbers it's about leading with expertise, mentoring your colleagues, and fostering a culture of excellence while driving operational efficiency and maximising profitability.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (40 hours), office based. Applicants must be within a commutable distance to Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
