Accounts Receivable Assistant role at OCS

About The Role
Working patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract
This role sits within our Finance department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues.
Key responsibilities (as part of your role, including but not limited to):
* Raise and send customer invoices
* Deal with invoice queries and work with operations to resolve
* Ensure payments are received on time, contacting clients to check issues and confirm payment dates
* Circulate weekly overdue debt updates including comments to the internal team
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is useful
* Experience of working in an office or Finance environment; background or skills in Sales Ledger are welcomed
* Demonstrable administration skills
* A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent with qualifications in Maths and English
* Highly organized with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
