A leading property owner and asset manager is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across Liverpool and Cheshire. The Role As Regional FM, you will take full responsibility for the operational management of multiple sites, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across hard and soft FM. Key responsibilities include: Managing a multi-site portfolio across Liverpool & Cheshire Overseeing all hard & soft services through managing agents and contractors Driving compliance, H&S, and statutory obligations across the portfolio Building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders Managing service charge budgets and ensuring value for money Supporting asset management initiatives and projects About You Proven experience in a multi-site Facilities Management role Strong understanding of hard & soft services Excellent stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with experience managing budgets/service charge IOSH/NEBOSH (preferred) This role would suit an experienced Regional FM looking to take ownership of a well-performing portfolio within a supportive and reputable organisation.
