What You’ll Do as a Supply LSA:
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs.
* Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
* Assist teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
* Encourage and motivate children to achieve their personal best.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children is essential (previous SEN experience is a bonus!).
* A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning) are an advantage but not essential.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
