About the role
You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include assisting at the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Additionally, you will:
1. Help customers feel at ease by listening to their needs, answering questions, offering advice on our products, recommending items, or providing baskets—small gestures that make a big difference.
2. Learn about our in-store offers and schemes to effectively promote them, enhancing the customer experience.
3. Ensure smooth store operations by managing product displays, providing excellent service at the tills, and assisting with stock in the stockrooms.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for individuals who:
* Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Communicate and listen effectively
* Enjoy working collaboratively within a team
* Understand that small details matter in customer interactions
* Take pride in representing the Boots brand and helping customers find suitable products
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer care and service (not essential)
