A rare opportunity has arisen for a practical and forward-thinking Farm Manager to run a progressive, mixed farming business in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

* 50‑cow herd of pedigree Herefords plus followers with high health status.
* Beef fattening enterprise
* Christmas trees

The Candidate
* Reporting directly to the owner, working closely with the hop and apple manager, and wider team.
* Requiring strong organisation, leadership, good communication, and attention to detail.
* Proven crop/horticultural management or assistant manager experience.
* Suckler herd experience.
* Interest in horticultural crops (hops and/or top fruit advantageous)
* Hardworking and self‑motivated.
* Used to doing budgets and costing.
* Committed to high standards of farming and environmental stewardship.
