As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple concurrent projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will Lead procurement and tendering processes.
*
As a Quantity Surveyor you will Administer contracts through all project stages.
*
As a Quantity Surveyor you will advise clients on commercial and contractual risks.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will Foster strong client relationships and support team development by mentoring junior staff, promoting best practices, and ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have MRICS qualification (essential)
*
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
*
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages.
*
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related discipline
*
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
