As the leading member of the front office team, you will be responsible for leading the team, origination, execution and managing the portfolio of investments. In addition to a base salary, you will participate in an attractive bonus scheme, which is closely linked to the value of loans issued. What the job involves
* Source medium-term loan investments, secured against property assets
* Take a lead role in the day to day analysis and execution of investments
* Structure and negotiate investments, identify potential structuring issues and create solutions
Who we are looking for
* Significant prior investment experience in medium-term property-backed lending in the UK
* An existing pipeline of medium-term property bridging finance deals
