Role Overview
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise on-site electrical works including installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with project documentation, standards, and regulations
* Monitor quality, progress, and site safety
* Liaise with project management, engineering, and HSE teams
* Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
* Resolve technical and site-related electrical issues
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role
* Strong background in industrial or renewable energy electrical installations
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
* Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and electrical standards
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
