Key Responsibilities
* Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and collaborate with all shop areas to meet customer demand.
* Ensure Partners operate in a safe and legal manner.
* Fulfill online customer orders for delivery.
* Replenish stock, keeping shelves full and products correctly positioned for customers.
* Assist the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders, and more.
* Proactively contribute ideas to improve shop operations and drive commercial performance.
* Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on items nearing their sell-by dates.
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Good people and leadership skills.
* Understanding of retail operations and maximizing commercial success.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong stakeholder management skills when working with third parties and the wider Partnership.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Duty Manager Training (internal Partners only).
