Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant, based in Aberdeen, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving successful recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Business Development & Client Management
o Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
o Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts effectively.
* Candidate Sourcing & Management
o Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking.
o Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and career goals.
o Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from CV preparation to interview coaching and job offer management.
* End-to-End Recruitment
o Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle - from client acquisition to candidate placement.
o Ensure a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
o Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including revenue and placement targets.
* Market Insight & Strategy
o Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
o Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to clients and candidates.

* Proven track record in recruitment (agency experience preferred).
* Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
