Robinsons Brewery is one of the oldest and most respected names in British brewing. Based in Stockport, we’re looking for friendly and organised Customer Hub Service Advisors to join our growing team. The Hub is the first point of contact for our managed pubs and hotels across the North West and North Wales – handling bookings, answering queries, and making sure every customer has a brilliant experience with us.
About the Role
No two days are the same in the Hub. You’ll be taking calls and emails from guests, helping with table and accommodation bookings, answering questions, and offering advice. Sometimes you’ll go the extra mile to upsell or make personalised recommendations, building the kind of relationships that bring guests back time and again.
You’ll spend part of your week working from home, and part at our Stockport head office or visiting pubs in trade – keeping you connected to the teams and customers you’re supporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and emails for our pubs and hotels.
* Support customers with bookings, queries, and special requests.
* Provide advice and recommendations to enhance the booking experience.
* Build rapport with guests, going the extra mile wherever possible.
* Spot opportunities to upsell and add value.
About You
* Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
* Previous hospitality, bookings, or reception experience is desirable.
* Great communicator – confident on the phone and by email.
* Calm under pressure, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work from home with a strong internet connection (35mbps+).
* Based in the North West, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (around 40% of shifts will involve travel to pubs or head office).
* Confident using IT systems – experience with CRM platforms such as Zonal, High Level Software or Twilio would be a bonus.

Hours & Schedule
* 40 hours per week.
* Shifts between 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm, 5 days out of 7.
* Includes regular weekend work, with two days off during the week.
