Assistant General Manager – Golf and Country Club
£55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus & benefits
Dartford, Kent
This is a wonderful opportunity for a General Manager or Senior Head of Department to join a highly respected operator of golf and leisure businesses. This Assistant General Manager role will support the General Manager at a flagship venue in the Dartford area.
The business provides excellent golf, health &fitness and food and beverage facilities and constantly invests back into the club to remain ahead of the competition. The successful AGM will be adept at supporting the General Manager in balancing the needs and focus of all three products in equal proportion.
Key responsibilities include people management, operations, members and customers, sustainability, sales and marketing and financial management.
I am looking for a proven record in a commercial leisure/hospitality environment where success was measured through operational standards, customer satisfaction and sustained growth in profitability. A background which involved large team management across multiple departments within a member or sports environment would be ideal!
