Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What you will be doing:
* Reviewing shipment data to understand customer and regulatory requirements and checking documentation accuracy and completeness
* Using in-house systems to create accurate, compliant clearance declarations
* Contacting customers or government agencies to clarify information when needed
* Resolving routine customer and customs disputes
* Building effective relationships with customers and helping them choose suitable clearance services
* Working within tight deadlines in a busy office environment
What do you bring with you:
* Good team working skills and experience contributing to team performance in a busy office
* Knowledge of clearance principles, import/export processes, regulatory requirements, CHIEF entries, and commercial flights processing (desired)
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and sound numerical decision-making skills within tight deadlines
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
