A bit about us
Hey, we’re New Theory, a low-intervention wine brand based in London, making wine around the world.
It was time to smash down the barrier to wine so we set out on a journey to make wine approachable and we are looking for someone smart to join us.
We are a grape to glass business – meaning we purchase grapes at harvest and are hands on all the way through until our sippers enjoy a glass. This means we know exactly what it is in each bottle.
We’re a young ambitious startup and you will be joining the team as employee number five. For the right person this means helping to shape the way we do things at New Theory and having a hand in helping us rethink the way customers discover and consume wine, building on our existing listings such as Mangal II, Oren, Dishoom and Selfridges.
We call this wine 2.0. Welcome to a new sip.
A bit about you
You have spent at least two years already in a sales role in the drinks industry. You have a black-book of on-trade accounts that you can introduce the brand to. You are raring and eager to get stuck into something new. You have a love for brand building and are a creative problem solver at heart. You enjoy talking to, and building relationships, with customers. You understand and admire new digital-first brands and are keen to get under the bonnet and shape the UK’s next big thing in wine.
