As our new Compliance Consultant, you will help customers meet their compliance needs across the EMEAI region. You will lead projects to solve compliance issues and guide clients—mainly in the pharmaceutical industry—on the latest rules and best practices. You’ll work with our pre-sales team to design effective ways to deliver our services, support local teams to strengthen their skills, and closely cooperate with our LED division. Together, you’ll make sure Agilent’s compliance products and services meet the real needs of the market.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Lead compliance projects across EMEAI, including Computerized System Validation (GAMP 5) and data integrity assessment and remediation.
2. Develop and implement scalable, repeatable processes and tools for deployment at new customer sites.
3. Write technical GAMP 5 documentation and manage overall project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources for large programs.
4. Support sales and lead the implementation and development of compliance solutions for customers.
5. Collaborate with specialists, program managers, engineers, and sales teams to drive the success of compliance services in EMEAI.
6. Share your expertise and mentor country teams, staying updated on regulatory trends and best practices.
7. Build custom delivery solutions, maintain strong customer relationships, and regularly report project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with the following background:
8. University Degree in a Life Science field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, -)
9. Significant experience with Computerized System Validation, either as a consultant or in quality role within a laboratory environment
10. Deep technical skills around GAMP 5 model documentation
11. Good project management skills and customer facing experience would be an advantage
12. Full proficiency in English. Fluency in another European language would be a plus
13. Knowledge of Agilent software solutions like OpenLabs or MassHunter would be strong advantage
14. Any IT network or database knowledge is an asset
On a personal level, you are results driven, flexible and customer focused. You enjoy working autonomously just as much as part of a team. You have great interpersonal - presentation skills to get along with many internal or external partners.
This role can be based Spain and anywhere in Western Europe. The role is mainly done remotely (some travelling requirement).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
