What you’ll be doing:
1. Delivering inspiring and creative English lessons across KS3-KS4
2. Encouraging students to develop strong reading, writing and analytical skills
3. Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
4. Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
5. Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
6. Playing a key role in the wider school community
What we’re looking for:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or PGCE in Secondary English
8. Strong subject knowledge and passion for literature and language
9. Excellent classroom management and communication skills
10. Ability to motivate, engage and inspire a range of learners
11. A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to student achievement
