Role Description
This is a full-time Field Service Engineer role for a candidate ideally located in the North of England / Midlands area, to cover customer sites mostly in (but not limited to) the UK & Ireland. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance for packaging systems.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service visits, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality support and service.
Requirements
* Minimum of HNC in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
* Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance experience
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Willingness to travel & be away from home for prolonged periods during weekdays
