Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager
Responsibilities:
* Establishing and managing a Compliance Monitoring Programme covering all areas of contracted maintenance support.
* Ensuring effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring System and addressing any follow-up actions required to rectify findings.
* Monitoring all sub-contracted activities and compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M regulations.
* Overseeing establishment, revision, and distribution control of the CAME (Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition).
* Liaising with relevant competent authorities and maintaining communication.
* Monitoring all activities conducted by nominated Continuing Airworthiness staff to ensure airworthiness and operational equipment serviceability.
* Analyzing the effectiveness of the Maintenance Programme and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Managing technical records as per regulatory standards.
* Supervising maintenance planning and technical follow-up, ensuring timely completion of Line and Base maintenance by approved AMOs (Approved Maintenance Organizations).
* Ensuring compliance with ADs (Airworthiness Directives) and other airworthiness requirements.
* Establishing and managing relationships with approved Part-145 maintenance contractors.
* Reporting technical incidences and major discrepancies to authorities and aircraft manufacturers.
* Initiating airworthiness reviews and ensuring validity of Certificates of Airworthiness.
* Promoting adherence to Safety Management System (SMS) principles and processes among CAMO staff.
* Maintaining accurate compliance records, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
* Generating periodic reports for senior management on compliance performance and recommendations.
* Providing guidance and training to CAMO staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing compliance programmes.
* Implementing strategies to streamline processes while maintaining compliance standards.
* Managing tender processes, presenting offers to clients, and controlling/reviewing invoices.
* Acting as Airworthiness Review Staff (ARS) and conducting airworthiness reviews as required.
* Participating in standby duties for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support as scheduled.
Qualifications:
* Technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 License.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in CAMO environment with a strong track record.
* Experience dealing with private/commercial aircraft clients.
* Detailed knowledge of EASA Part-M/145 regulations, including Human Factors.
* Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and Operator/MRO Software.
* Proficiency in MS-Office and communication with English as a second language.
* Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex processes.
* Experience in VVIP operations is preferred.
* Excellent IT skills, with experience in AMOS beneficial.
* Familiarity with auditing techniques and ISO 9001 and 27001 standards.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and concisely.
