We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package, including a starting salary of £38,656 pro rata per year, rising to £41,777 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Project Manager is pivotal, as they are responsible for the successful delivery of business projects and are accountable for the coordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that comprise the wider change programme.
Skills
To be successful as a Project Manager, you will have at least 3 years of previous project management experience, be educated to Degree level, and hold a project management qualification such as Prince II or equivalent. Additionally, the following skills are required:
* Good judgment with the knowledge and experience to make the right decisions
* Resilience in an environment of conflicting and complex demands
* Organized approach with great attention to detail
* Effective communication skills to provide solution-focused advice and support
* Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships with colleagues at all levels, based on mutual trust and accountability
* A change agent capable of influencing and implementing change with exceptional colleague engagement
* A strong level of IT literacy, particularly in the use of Microsoft Teams/Office and other related systems/databases
