School already have an existing team of extremely hard working, loyal and enthusiastic staff whose priority are our pupils every day. We are now looking for a new lunchtime supervisor to join our team. The role will include supporting and supervising children during lunchtimes, both in the school dining hall and in internal and external play areas, as per school’s requirements. School are looking for: a friendly, kind, patient and understanding approach to all pupils; someone who can ensure children are safe, happy and well-behaved during the lunchtime period the ability to build positive relationships with the existing lunchtime, catering and school staff; the ability to confidently and positively reinforce school expectations with pupils and follow the school behaviour policy; assistance with developing and managing children’s table manners; supervision of safe conduct of pupils and encouraging sensible play; ability to administer basic first aid; enthusiastic support to the clearing of tables and spot cleaning of spillages during the dining hall supervision; If you have the qualities we are looking for and believe you can be a positive addition to our team then please apply.
