About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Saturday 06:00 - 12:00
We’re recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team. You will oversee all cleaning duties and supervise staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and other ad hoc areas.
2. Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruitment.
3. Identify and conduct training needs, maintaining records.
4. Handle investigation matters such as accidents or disciplinary issues.
5. Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels, and submit orders within budget.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
* Experience with staffing, rotas, training, and HR compliance.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and be flexible with hours.
