As HR Advisor you will play a key role in supporting employee relations, advising managers, and contributing to the delivery of HR initiatives, including training and development activities, to ensure a consistent and effective, people-focused service across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of people strategy and HR KPIs (absence, retention, turnover).Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals.Advise and lead TUPE transfersEnsure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance.Promote diversity, engagement, and well-being initiatives.Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach.Participate in HR projects and cross-site activities.Skills & ExperienceProven HR advisory experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of employment legislationExperience with HR systemsOrganised, practical, and solution-focusedQualificationsCIPD qualification Level 5 (essential)HR experience in a fast paced industry (essential)We are a Responsible Body for AccessNI.
