Are you energetic, safety-focused and love working outdoors? Gripped London is looking for enthusiastic Activity Instructorsto join our team for the upcoming season
About the Role
As an Activity Instructor, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of our exciting at-height activities, including our High Ropes Courses and thrilling Zip Trek. You'll support guests of all ages, ensuring they feel confident, secure and ready for adventure.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of high-ropes and zip-line activities
* Deliver safety briefings and provide hands-on support to guests
* Fit and check harnesses and safety equipment
* Monitor activity areas to maintain a high standard of safety
* Deliver exceptional customer service, encouraging fun and confidence
* Assist with general site duties to keep the park running smoothly
About You
* Comfortable and confident working at height (essential)
* Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Strong communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude
* Physically fit, reliable and able to remain calm under pressure
* Previous activity or rope-course experience is beneficial but not required — full training provided
Mandatory Training Dates
You must be available on the following dates for essential training and assessment:
* 10th & 11th January
* 17th, 18th & 19th January
