Temporary Concierge Receptionist - Horsham - Shifts between 8.00am-6.00pm
Our client in Horsham is seeking a skilled Concierge Receptionist on an ongoing temporary basis, who will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a superior employee experience. This role involves facilitating seamless access to a variety of client services, thereby enhancing the daily working environment for the client's employees. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.
Candidate Responsibilities:
* Manage the switchboard and facilities management helpdesk.
* Maintain the client reception area and organise meeting rooms, including audio-visual setup.
* Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service for employees and guests.
* Provide proactive support to employees, maintaining professionalism and efficiency with necessary follow-ups.
* Oversee daily responsibilities related to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery.
* Act as the primary liaison for on-site services.
* Stay updated and trained in all concierge reception processes.
* Ensure high standards of customer service in all interactions with clients.
Ideally you will have:
* Previous experience in concierge/ reception/ front of house/hospitality is desired.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate level.
