Position: Senior Care Assistant (Days and Nights Available)
Salary: Up to £29,386 per annum
Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
Hours: Full time, 07:30 to 20:00 or 19:30 to 08:00 shifts
Contract: Permanent

About the role
This is an opportunity to join a modern, purpose-built residential care home supporting up to 63 residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading your floor, ensuring high standards of care and supporting both residents and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading shifts and allocating tasks to care staff
* Overseeing care delivery to ensure safe, high-quality support
* Administering and managing medication
* Supporting residents with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks
* Acting as a Key Worker, maintaining and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
* Liaising with healthcare professionals and internal teams
* Monitoring standards through regular audits and checks
