LeadLearningSupportAssistant
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead LSA to play a key role in supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role requires a proactive, empathetic and resilient professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with SEMH needs.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate support for students with SEMH needs across the school, liaise with parents and external agencies to ensure joined-up support for our students, line manage the team of LSAs linked to SEMH including allocation and monitoring of training, collaborate with the other Lead LSAs and work closely with the SENDCo, Assistant SENDCo and Deputy Headteacher.
