As a Senior Payroll Executive in our Brentwood office, you will support the team and clients to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. You will manage your own client portfolio, handling escalated technical and commercial queries from junior members of the team.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Managing your own client portfolio, which may include larger and more complex payrolls, while completing end-to-end payroll processing.
2. Reviewing payrolls processed by team members while assisting with their training and development.
3. Service multiple clients with the focus on support of the team and the Team Leader, to deliver excellent service to our clients.
4. Ensuring procedures and key control documents are kept up to date for auditing purposes.
5. Supporting and covering for the Team Leader when they are unavailable.
6. Contribute to your team's growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items.
7. Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in-house training courses.
