You will work closely with HR and IT teams to define, build, and optimise HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver SAP HR reporting solutions (Story Reports, SAC). Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs. Cleanse and model HR data for reporting. Conduct UAT and support hypercare post go-live. Bridge HR and IT teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
