Job Description
An award-winning design studio with a global portfolio is known for delivering refined, design-led interiors across luxury hospitality, leisure, commercial, and residential sectors. With a strong emphasis on creativity, and thoughtful storytelling, the studio consistently produces distinctive spaces for an international clientele.
They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer with at least 6 years of experience to join their hospitality team in Central London. This role suits an experienced designer who enjoys leading complex projects from concept through to completion and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead hospitality projects across all design stages, from briefing and concept through to delivery
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design quality, consistency, and deadlines are met
* Develop creative concepts, space planning, material palettes, and FF&E strategies
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants
* Oversee budgets, procurement processes, and project resources effectively
* Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with senior leadership and wider teams
* Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
* Minimum 8 years’ experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or F&B projects
* Strong creative design capability with an excellent eye for detail, materials, and quality
* Confident project leader able to manage complex projects from concept to completion
* Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
