Senior & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors – Greater Preston Area


We’re looking for exceptional talent to join a well-established infrastructure consultancy entering an exciting new growth phase. You’ll deliver projects across key sectors — rail, utilities, highways, and multi-utilities — working with clients on major infrastructure frameworks.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as lead or supporting QS on national infrastructure and utility contracts
* Commercial management, cost control, claims, valuations, subcontractor engagements
* Employing digital tools and platforms for streamlined project delivery
* Collaborating across disciplines: project management, clerk of works, design & construction teams
* Balancing office-based work in Chorley with travel to project sites across the UK


What We’re Looking For

* Intermediate or Senior level QS experience in infrastructure, utilities or similar sectors
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, handling multiple projects
* Strong process orientation, commercial acumen, attention to detail
* Tech-forward mindset: familiarity with digital solutions, data, reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
