Job Purpose
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you'll be supporting senior team members and Partners on a wide range of assignments, including:
* Assisting with company valuations and financial due diligence
* Supporting mergers, acquisitions and disposals
* Preparing business plans and financial forecasts
* Conducting market and buyer research
* Building financial models and presentations
* Liaising with clients, banks, legal advisers, and other professionals

Job Requirements
* ACA / ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with relevant experience)
* A background in audit, accounts, or corporate finance within a UK practice
* A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in transactions and deal-making
* Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
* A professional, confident approach with strong interpersonal skills
Corporate Finance experience is desirable but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate with a demonstrable interest in the area.
