Our welcoming homes provide 24/7 care for young people within the home, the home is for children all facing a variety of their own challenges, and we are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to help make a difference to these children. During your 6-month probation period, you will be enrolled in a NVQ 3 Diploma in residential care, if you do not already hold one. This will be fully funded and you will be given plenty of time and support to complete However, you must be self-motivated to complete the qualification.
