Training Coordinator - Bristol & Gloucester (Applicants must hold a valid license, have access to own transport, and be able to travel between Bristol and Gloucester sites).
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, with 30 minutes for lunch, working 37.5 hours per week.

We are recruiting for a Training Coordinator at our Bristol & Gloucester depot to support operational training, monitor compliance and safety performance, and ensure adherence to health & safety and food safety standards. The role involves reviewing and updating procedures, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and supporting training and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Trainers and Shift Managers to ensure training standards and timelines are met.
* Manage training documentation and logs.
* Identify training needs and report to the training department.
* Investigate incidents and report to management.
* Support audits related to HS and FS compliance.
* Oversee and conduct site training, monitor H&S and compliance issues across sites.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
* IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred.
* Experience with audits and compliance records.
* Proficiency in MS Office, strong management and organizational skills, knowledge of LMS.
* Ability to deliver full training cycles using modern/traditional methods, including e-learning.
* Flexible and adaptable to coordinate multiple training sessions across sites/shifts.
