We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Teaching Assistants to become part of our friendly and professional swim school team. In this role, you’ll support group and individual swimming lessons, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
If you have a genuine passion for swimming and teaching and you’re committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with both instructors and learners. We’re committed to ensuring that both our employees and customers have the best experience possible.

Hours: up to 2 hour per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
* Level 1 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided for the right applicant).
* To assist children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training and experience
* To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
* Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
* High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm and motivation.
