About the Role:
Reporting to the NPD Controller, you'll be driving innovation, managing concept to launch projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Leading your team to ensure NPD projects are launched on time and in line with customer expectations.
Using your passion and food knowledge to develop exciting concepts, source new ingredients, and improve processes.
Collaborating with colleagues in commercial, technical, and operations to deliver launches into the market on time.
Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and stakeholders.About You:
