Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Greater Glasgow
Overview:
An established and growing law firm in Greater Glasgow is looking for a Solicitor with between newly qualified and up to 5 years' PQE to join its residential conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in property law, working on a variety of residential transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
* Scottish-qualified (or soon-to-qualify) Solicitor with a genuine interest in property law
* Experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files during traineeship or post-qualification
* Ability to handle sales, purchases and re-mortgages, with supervision where required
* Clear and practical approach to advising clients
* Flexible and willing to assist colleagues across the team
