This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the planning and execution of our marketing strategy across a broad spectrum of activities - from trade shows and PR to digital engagement and customer support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and distribution of sales literature and marketing collateral.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade publications and journalists to drive positive brand exposure.
3. Respond to and follow up on inbound sales and marketing enquiries via web, advertising, and editorial features.
4. Support in the planning and execution of trade shows — from creative input to liaising with agencies and attending events.
5. Conduct market research, including competitor and customer analysis.
6. Support customers in selecting décors and ranges, providing tailored marketing assistance.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned business and marketing goals.
