Here at Crest Nicholson's Head Office we are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our growing internal IT team. The Role In this role you will be providing technical assistance and the wider business with BAU application support. You will be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for user issues on our internal applications and systems. This is a user-facing role where you will be dealing with business as usual support tickets on Remedy, both remotely and on site. Generalist IT Support is outsourced for 1st line, where you will be working as the escalation point for 2nd line Application Support as part of a small internal team. You will be working to strict internal SLA's reporting into the applications manager. In addition to this your role will also involve c. 30% project work, allowing you to gain valuable skills and deepen your knowledge. About You We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with excellent business acumen and a proactive attitude to IT support. You should be a problem solver constantly looking for improvements to the systems and Crest's internal practices. On the technical side you will be supporting Microsoft Dynamics, so experience with this will be highly preferential. You will also be working on some construction specific applications but we can offer training on these.
