We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical CQI & DoS Lead to join our NHS 111 team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing patient journeys, embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement, and driving innovative practices within our services.

What Your Typical Day Looks Like
* Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service efficiency.
* Act as a subject matter expert in integrating the Directory of Services (DoS) within DHU 111 operations.
* Coordinate system testing and manage the implementation of projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborate with NHS teams to develop urgent and continuing care pathways, improving patient outcomes.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and development to improve patient journeys.
To be a successful Clinical CQI & DoS Lead you’ll need
* Registered Clinician accredited to use NHS Pathways Clinical Decision Support Software.
* Accredited NHS Pathways Coach or Trainer.
* Proficient in NHS Pathways and Adastra systems, with a strong understanding of the Directory of Services (DoS).
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical improvement strategies, data analysis, and performance management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
