As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for tracking and tracing parcels in transit globally. You should be highly organized, a great communicator, and attentive to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential to resolve issues related to carrier failures, customs, and other delivery challenges.

Responsibilities
* Track and expedite shipments daily, resolving delays with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs.
* Communicate with stakeholders about delays and request information to expedite shipments.
* Update tracking details and store Proof of Delivery.
* Generate accurate reports to support business needs.
* Verify shipment invoices against standard or quoted costs.
* Maintain accurate filing systems for all dispatch documentation, compliant with HMRC audits.
* Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper categorization.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative duties supporting the Distribution & Warehousing Team.
