About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to support the customer journey
* Identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction and processes
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft 365; knowledge of Sage is advantageous
